SkyPlusNews aims to publish useful, clear, and responsible news information. Editors should verify material claims using original documents, official statements, named sources, or other reliable evidence wherever practical.
Accuracy and sourcing
We distinguish confirmed facts from allegations, opinion, and developing reports. Third-party feeds and user submissions should be checked against original sources before being presented as verified reporting.
Independence and transparency
Sponsored or promotional material should be identified clearly. Authors should disclose relevant conflicts of interest. Headlines must not materially misrepresent the story.
Privacy and fairness
We avoid publishing unnecessary personal information and take particular care with allegations, minors, and vulnerable people. People criticised in a report should be given a reasonable opportunity to respond when appropriate.
Corrections
Material errors should be corrected promptly and transparently. See our Corrections Policy.
